I've had a package that was damaged and items missing by Royal mail and I send back the the returns department. The tracker is showing that it arrived at your warehouse on the 2nd of Sep, In the response on the 18th the person sending me an e-mail claims to have not received the package despite it showing on Royal mail tracker that the package is in Poole where the Koinclub returns address is. I would like a refund or replacement. I should apologize for using a review website to and solve this problem but I'm not. I've been trying to solve this problem since near the middle of last month only to get a reply when I complained on a review website and after waiting 14 days I've run out of patients.
