This company delivered out to us super quick, but as the items didn't suit we returned with approval. We sent tracked with insurance via royal mail however the shop claims no receipt and has withheld refunds and stop responding to communication. The tracking shows the delivery location to be the shop, though it may not have been open at the time and so left with the adjecent convenience store (photo suggests this). This seems to be a common theme looking at reviews for them, so if you buy nervously and think you may return an item, just don't because there's a good chance you'll loose your money. I'd accept this as a one off but to go radio silent on communications, plus recent reviews, it looks like they're a bit of a fraudulent business, pocketing returns.
