My eye sockets are very deep and irregular and I have searched for a pair of fitting goggles for over 30 years, but never succeeded. A colleague told me there was a firm that made custom-fit goggles and so I found Themagic5. The first pair I received was ok, but still leaked, just as I had experienced with other goggles. When I informed Themagic5, they offered a refund or refit. I chose a refit, but this did not succeed either and again I was offered a refund. I bought many many pairs of goggles before, but a refund for goggles that leaked was completely new to me. However, I asked to try again. I had to make a new scan and got a third pair. I tried them and they directly felt good and did not leak on my first swim with them, which I never had before. Of course, I will need to do more swimming and testing to be really sure, but so far these goggles are the best I ever had. Whether or not THEMAGIC5 is capable of creating fitting goggles in all cases I cannot judge, but they come close and it is definitely worth trying their goggles. Their service I found to be excellent. They do/did everything possible to give me the perfect pair of goggles. I would advise them, even if your goggles seem to be ok. You may get an unexpected improvement.
