The first pair of goggles were not fitting and I had water intrusion. After contacting customer service, they immediately got in touch with me to find out in which positions the goggle is not fitting and where water is coming into the goggle. After a review of my 3D scan, I immediately received an improved pair of goggles which were then perfectly fitting as written on the website. With this great experience, I really can say that these are not just written words and promises on the website. They are interested in customer satisfaction and taking good care of them.
