So many TV cookery programs feature chefs spouting the old cliché – “It’s all about the quality of the ingredients”. Well The Meat Man prices, on the whole are slightly better than the Big 4 supermarkets, sometimes on a par and, heaven forbid, sometimes more expensive. But they win hands down, time after time, with quality. The quality of service, the quality of the packaging and most important the quality of the meat. Their offers are definitely worth watching. The beef fillet, at half price, is hard to resist and the quality is superb. Beef shin, hard to find nowadays, is tender and excellent and their giant 52oz Rump Steak, when on offer, makes a superb alternative to stewing steak. Keep up the good work.
