We didn't have the most straight forward of mortgage applications to say the least and Jen has been absolutely amazing. She has looked at so many variations and never failed to call or email me back with an update. She has been easy to get hold of, and even with COVID very lovely on the phone. Have been very impressed with the customer service, but also offering of mortages available these guys have to offer. Would definatley recommend.
