Prior to going on paternity leave he ensured that everything was in order and then made sure that he had the right people in place to assist as matters moved forward in his absence. I spoke with three different people in the organisation. Everybody was always fully up to speed with my case and did whatever was require to nudge things forward even if they weren't directly working on my matter. Really impressed with the entire organisation.
