The initial application process was dealt with efficiently and offer and product chosen with care and relevance to our financial position. A review was undertaken due to the upheaval in the markets during the year and Jacky found another product suitable for our needs. As home buyers we do not 'want' a mortgage but we 'need' one, the way in which this was completed was seamless and one of the most painless parts of moving house.
