The mortgage hut have been spot on. Being a first time buyer with only a 5% deposit and a low credit score we spent some time looking for a broker to suit our needs and mortgage hut did exactly that. From start to finish they have been clear and efficient with all communication. Luke looked after us and got us a great deal in super quick time too. Luke issued us with an AIP on 27th Oct, we put in and had an offer accepted 5 days later, a week after that luke submitted our application then less than 2 weeks later we had our mortgage offer! All our questions were answered quickly and clearly (we had quite a few). Andy also helped once the application was submitted and equally provided a great service.
