You promised that the goods will arrive in 2-4 days, but the clothes I ordered on August 25th have not been picked up by UPS for more than 20 days. They have been in the warehouse. I don’t know why such a big brand can do this. I sent an email but it didn’t work. Is there any way to get a refund? It’s a very bad experience!
