This is a small independent food and drink store that only sells organic produce. You can buy everything from Sheeps cheese to shampoo, lettuce to Lambs liver and all kinds of dry food from pasta to coffee and nuts or biscuits. They sell a good range of heritage flour, cereals, honey, dried fruit, chutneys and olives, spices fresh and dried, ecological cleaning products and beauty products, coffee, delicious Montezuma and Vivani chocolate, a wide range of teas and wines and beers. There's fresh local fruit and veg as well as frozen. Ice cream and frozen pastry and delicious frozen vegetarian pies, some of which are gluten free. Tinned and frozen sustainably sourced fish. There are vegan cheeses and sheep and cows milk cheese, yoghurts, milk and juices and if I've missed anything then I can't think what! They will also order things in for you and they do weekly home deliveries. Their organic chicken, lamb etc is locally sourced in Wales and they help you to the car with your shopping. It's open Wednesday' to Saturday and there's plenty of parking. The quality is top notch, unlike some well known supermarket 'organic' produce. And the prices are realistic for the quality of the produce. I recommend them 150% and have been doing my grocery shop there for nearly 20 years. Very polite and friendly service too,
