AMAZING - THE GUY IS A GENIUS! Took my iPhone 11 with error code 2014 and Face ID issue to 2 other places to be fixed and was told it was ‘unfixable’. Even Apple was telling me the device was not able to be fixed and would be a 2 month wait! I took it down to Stephen at Phone Doctor, he checked it out and I left it with him for a day. He explained everything and shown me the issues and shown me what damage the previous places had done. With that he worked his magic, and I was waiting for the bad news that my phone was dead. Wrong....he said the phone was now fully working, Face ID...EVERYTHING! Not only that but he explained every detail of the repair. Thank You Phone Doctor , I now have my phone up and running and would HIGHLY recommend anybody to use as a first call for any devices, I am now taking my MacBook and the kids iPads down to get them repaired too. ABSOLUTELY GENIUS and I will not use anybody else apart from here again!
