I’ve been using it a few times a week usually before or after fioricet or ubrelvy. Sometimes there’s no change and sometimes it seems to work to lower the severity. This morning I woke up with migraine and used the Nerivio while I was still in bed. Fell asleep with it on while listening to the recording. Woke up able to function. But now 8 hours later it’s back again.
