It seems to move the headache and to concentrate it rather than relieving it. Also, the app doesn't work on my phone (Galaxy 7). It worked the first time, but since then it won't connect, so I have to use my husband's phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Finally, I would like to use the visualization routine, but the rhythmic and repetitive music at the end of it makes me very tense. The music at the beginning is fine, but then it becomes faster and minimalistic. I have to shut it down or use it without sound.
