This device (along with medication, depending on the severity of my migraine) has been such a life saver for me! Until now, I have suffered migraine pain without any relief, needing to let the pain run it’s course (which could be 24-72 hours). I usually end up with the device set to between 26-29 during use. My migraines now, last 4 hours or less!! I can use just the nurivio alone for a mild migraine. It’s compact and comes in a carrying case, so I have it with me at all times. I’ve worn it while working. The guided imagery also helps with relaxation, which can be a challenge while suffering migraine pain. Whoever would have thought that a tens unit type device, attached to an arm would help to decrease/end migraine pain??? It’s easy to use, and non invasive.
