Nerivio is definitely a help for my severe migraines. However, when I get my worst ones, I feel it’s a lot of fiddling with your phone to set it up, answer the pretreatment questions, & getting the armband synced up to my phone. My husband has to help me with this, because I am in sooo much pain. I usually fall asleep 1/2 to 3/4 way thru my treatment. I start out w the meditation exercise to help w my headache during my treatment. My husband must remove my armband after the 45 min treatment, because I’m allergic to the stickiness on the band. I have to finish my Post treatment questions the next day. Overall, Nerivio helps my migraines, but I have issues w accessing the treatments.
