I am currently receiving botox injections every 3 months for a year, which has worked wonders on quieting my previously daily migraines with severe nausea and light and sound sensitivity. They literally took over my life. Now for the 6-8 much more moderate headaches per month I'm getting, Nerivio is the ONLY thing that works for me. I've tried every medication out there, I believe, and if they do anything, my migraine is back in 2-3 hours. As long as I catch it early, within 15 minutes or so, Nerivio knocks it out for the day. You really have to dial it up as high as you can tolerate and then do something else while you sit there to distract yourself. This is how I've found it works the best. Personally I set it on 50. Amazing!
