Up until November 2020 I had always been pleased with both products and service whether that be with The Real Pie Company direct or through their association with QVC. However, my most recent order did not fulfil my expectations and two types of product out of the 3 types ordered were very poor and not of the quality one has come to expect. As a consequence I complained using the Contact email form on their website, this now over 2 weeks ago. I received no acknowledgment. I allowed time for a response but when not having received a response I followed up with two spaced out emails regarding the same complaint/order. Today the 15 December I have not received any acknowledgement whatsover to my 3 emails. Not only did I receive inferior quality traditional pasties and mincepies but not even the courtesy of a response. As a result I cannot any longer continue recommending their products. A pity as I have been eating their products ever since I discovered them in my local Sussex Supermarket.
