I know the pies are good as I'd made a point of seeking them out now that my local shop no longer sells them. Ordered three large pies. Delivery was fine and temperature control measures seemed spot-on (the ice packs were still very much frozen and the pies were nice and chilled) - just a shame that the three seemed to have been unnecessarily squashed into the box (especially as there was room in there for all three to fit) or they had shifted around a fair bit in transit and wedged themselves up against each other leaving them a bit misshapen and with some broken crusts etc. Not the end of the world but I received an email asking for feedback on service so here it is.
