Have now tried the Steak & Kidney pie -- honestly it's the best I've ever had. Great meaty filling encased in crisp pastry. 10 out of 10! The Pasties have also been just terrific! A good balance of ingredients with a great crust. However I prefer a little more seasoning but that's no real problem -- I just added some pepper to them. The rest of the pies are in the freezer. I have found that after defrosting and baking, they are just as good as they were fresh . A champion job. I will be ordering some more in the near future. I'm glad my sister put me onto you.
