Though your pies are second to known. You have been let down by the people you choose to deliver them. I have sent three emails all stating that I’m not after exchange, refund or freebies as all the pies are still edible just either a bit squashed or split. I feel disappointed that though I have sent emails to the real pie company one to Bret in customer services and also left a private message on you FB page I haven’t recieved a reply to any of these. Even if you disagreed with me though I sent photos I thought you would have at least replied. As I said earlier I cannot fault your pies they are full of meat and very tasty. Keith Nichols
