My taste score for: 1. steak and stout pie - mouth wateringly good 9/10 2. Steak and Kidney – good 8/10 3. Chicken and Ham – good 7/10 Size & Weight score – 10/10 Crunchiness score – 10/10 Meat chunk sizes score – 10/10(Chicken & Ham Pie 7/10 as diced chunk ham sizes were small) Messiness of crust score- Very little mess possibly because I eat them so quick 10/10 Information and cooking instructions on each pie’ plastic packaging – 7/10 Delivery from DPD score – 6/10 Time and communication of delivery time good, though I think their tracking system is average (not as informative as Morrison’ Online Supermarket which I use regularly and is google map connected to the delivery driver’ mobile). The condition of this order wasn’t as good as my 1st order, reason, three pies had been squashed. I believe this is due to the internal paper packing being fairly loose in the top box (one of two polystyrene boxes used) containing the squashed pies. Email communication from your Company score: 5/10 Poor due to inconsistent response times to my emails, with still no response to my email from yesterday about another order I wish to place for delivery next Saturday?
