I Ordered two boxes of their boozy Christmas mince pies, other years I’ve ordered these and they’ve been sent out in December with a good date for Christmas NOT this year they were out of date before the end November!! on contacting them they said to freeze them which I did only to find when they were defrosted they looked nothing like the photo they used to advertise them, the pastry resembles leather and is rock hard so much so you’d need a chisel to get to the filling, they agreed in an email the pies weren’t up to their normal standard but they have refused to give me a refund (very poor customer service) they told me I should heat them up!! These used to be the best mince pies on the market and although expensive I felt worth every penny but not anymore, as I’ve already said you need a chisel to get to the filling ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN TOTAL WASTE OF £30 and so sad such a good business is now no longer interested in their customers comments, poor on you, The worst Pie Company 😡 The company did offer me £10 discount off my next order but what about the other £20 I’ve wasted, after the treatment I’ve had a £10 voucher is no good as ill never place another order with this company See photos of what I got and last photo is the photo they used to advertise pies, mine look nothing like theirs and definitely doesn’t show how rock solid they are😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
