As an ex-master baker, I can truthfully say that your pies (& I've tried several of them) are probably the best I've tasted & all are crammed to the top with the filling. In those containing meat, the cuts are large & very tender. Deliveries are speedy & efficient. The only slight criticism I have is with the packing. They arrive in a large polystyrene box - obviously for insulation purposes - but this cannot be recycled. Not sure what the solution could be.
