I bought two pairs of Urban Rebel boots earlier in the year and both pairs of boots leak through stitchholes in the upper and the welts, how I know this? My socks get damp and stained with the same dye they use for the liner, in dotted lines. Additional to that, I have barely used the boots, not all broken in yet, but the heels worn out in a matter of a few weeks, had to go to a local cobbler to get them changed. I have tried to get in touch with them through the chat on their website and their private facebook messages, but no response. The bot always asks for my email, no reply whatsoever. It's really disappointing to have this problem, both pairs are in different colors bought from different distributors, so its not the product of a bad batch. I still hold the hope to be contacted by them, the boots are less than one year old, so still a few warranty years for The Rokker Company to reply my messages. On a positive note, I like the boots alot, but it will be a shame to have to throw them away because of awful customer service.
