I really enjoy the app, and I hope this baby book will be great for baby #2. I took away stars due to the delay in shipping of the physical book. It was supposed to be 2-day shipping. A label was created October 28th, and it still has not come to me. Makes me slightly concerned about what happens when I order the pages. Customer service was prompt and helpful, however the book has still not been shipped to me.
