I was reluctant to purchase The Short Years because I wasn't sure I had time or if it was something I even wanted to do but I am so glad that I made the purchase. It helps my husband and I to pause each month and reflect on the good, the difficult and the funny things we are experiencing with our little one, small wonderful details that I know for sure would be wiped away in the blur of working parents. I've recommended The Short Years to several fellow new parents and will absolutely be getting this as a gift for any new babies in our lives.
