Placed an order a week earlier with standard delivery. Was notified that shipment would arrive on Friday and it is now Tuesday with no product! Customer support stated "that I ordered with standard delivery and would have to wait" despite indication that it would arrive on Friday. Telling the customer that he is wrong is never a good idea.
With the variety of cases readily available with guaranteed shipping, I will never order from the Snugg again.
