My shipping confirmation email stated that there was free delivery for standard mail however this had not come up when I ordered the case. I queried this through the feedback form and the Snugg team explained that the free delivery did not apply to Australia and very kindly refunded my shipping due to the confusion. They immediately corrected the error in the wording on their shipping confirmations so no other customers would have the same issue.
Very responsive and treated their customers very well. :)
