I purchased my first Snugg product for iPad mini after reading reviews on other cases, what happened , causing a switch to a Snugg. I received immediate shipment on my Executive case in brown soft leatherette and was pleased with the fit and quality. After upgrading to iPad Air I immediatly ordered the exact same style case to fit it. My first shipment, again arriving promptly, had a small flaw. I emailed Snugg, they asked for a photo, I emailed photo and they immediately shipped the replacement. I just recently purchased iphone6 and will be ordering case for it! Thanks, Snugg. ????
