For anyone that is considering dealing with this company for any of their products, they get "two thumbs up" from me. I live in Canada and placed my order with a very pleasant young lady and she told me that the order will be fulfilled in Canada through Amazon.ca. The next message that I got from them was that they had shipped my order and provided a tracking number. It became apparent to me that there were none of the particular model that I ordered in Canada and that they had shipped from Manchester England..........cut to the chase.......it arrived in my hands in 3 days......WOW. it must have cost them more than the item sold for to ship it that fast. The Snugg 360degree keyboard cover for my Ipad Mini was in great condition and it appears to be of sound quality. Thinking about dealing with them still? Just do it, they're great! Dave Gibson
