I had an issue with one of my Grantham Xl usb lights ( could not undo the usb cover )
Contacting to advise Both Ella and Nicole responded to my emails and promptly sent out a replacement which was great service
Ps the Grantham XL USB lights are great thanks again to Ella and Nicole quick response and great customer service.
