I really wanted to like this company, but poor customer service has let them down.
I ordered a harness but received the wrong size. So I emailed to ask about return procedures as no information was i cluses with my delivery.
I received an automated email saying they couldn’t reply straight away. That was a week ago.
I’ve found an alternative supplier but am stuck with an item I can’t use and no ability to get a refund.
