We ordered a lead and a collar for our dog just before Christmas fully expecting everything to arrive after the holidays. Not only did it arrive before, but the company also rang me up to check I really wanted to go ahead with ordering this particular lead because in their opinion the latch was too big/heavy for the size of our dog (based on the collar we ordered.) We updated the order (and even got a little discount on the new lead we ordered instead.)
Stunning service. (Not to mention the great quality of their products. Amazing stuff.)
