I was advised a few days after I placed my order that it was out of stock. I was offered an alternative colour which I accepted. I then discovered that another stockist could have supplied the same collar 40% cheaper I advised The Stately Hound and it was ignored.
Product arrived, quality was not worth what I paid, I wouldn’t use them again. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but this is the third request they’ve made.
