Ordered a tag for my dogs collar on 11th May and still waiting. Received an email on 15th saying dispatched but Royal Mail tracking shows they still haven’t received it. Emailed customer services yesterday, still waiting on a resolution. First time ordering with The Stately Hound but unlikely to again based on this experience.
