Couldn’t fault this company at all. 100% customer service… By mistake I spelt my dogs name wrong on her name tag. I emailed them to ask them. could I pay the same price! As I did on the first tag? There was very understanding. They gave me a new dog tag.. And I only had to pay for the postage, would highly recommend and use them again
