Sorry but I'm afraid my experience hasn't been great. After placing an order on 5th August with an express delivery option I'm writing this review on the evening of 27th August and I still don't have my order. It may still appear I guess but I've looked elsewhere for what I need. I did contact Stately Hound and staff tried to be helpful but ultimately I still don't have what I've paid for and I can't keep chasing on this.
