There was initially a hiccup with the delivery time for the product we ordered but the person dealing with us quickly advised of an alternative product which was slightly more expensive but could be delivered immediately. Due to the inconvenience and the additional cost The Tank Shop offered us some discount on the proposed replacement product and once we had paid the difference the tank was delivered within a couple of days and we are very happy with the product.
