It's a tough one to write, this. I would recommend their customer service but I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Seems they are the middle men/women in this. You buy a tank from them and it actually comes from Wydale Tanks without these guys even seeing it?!? They may be sister companies or whatever but my tank arrived damaged. There was zero packaging on the tank so it's highly likely to get damaged which I find very strange. They where quick to reply and helpful but heavily reliant on what Wydale Tanks had to say even though it was The Tank Shop that took my money. Refund issued, still waiting for this nearly 4 days later.
