As someone who does not consider themselves “tech savvy” - purchasing networking gear for business use was quite a daunting task. After contacting what feels like ALL of the NSW based networking stores, I was not confident in going ahead with any of their suggestions for a variety of reasons. So I reached out to stores interstate. Upon receiving Paul’s first response to my enquiry I immediately felt more at ease. Paul was quick to respond and answered the many annoying questions I had without making me feel like a burden. He also provided such informative videos that by the time I received my products I was confident that they would work as intended (which they did!) I couldn’t recommend Paul and the team at the Tech Geeks highly enough. The amount of stress taken off of me, knowing that very essential part of our business was taken care of, was invaluable. I’m so incredibly thankful for their help and will continue to purchase from them in the future. TL;DR - Paul and The Tech Geeks team are awesome, five stars isn’t enough :)
