I have to say that these guys well exceeded our every expectation throughout all our dealings with them. We have only recently moved into the Ubiquti product space [and TTG], which was actually driven from two sides - our customers and, our peers. The knowledge and attention to detail shared with us from tech sales [Gio], through to followup [Paul] and accounts [Anne] was exceptional and provided us with a level of comfort and confidence sought by many when venturing into 'new waters'. An oder was mis-selected [our fault] and a fix and replacement was organised almost before we could blink, with no additional costs - incl interstate shipping (we're based in Melbourne). Thanks again for that! One small thing we'd like to see is 'one-to-one email correspondence', rather than the 'info@ttg'. We understand why it is used but would prefer the confidence in knowing that we are having a direct conversation. Having said that, so far :-) there hasn't been any issue. Thanks a heap guys!
