Bought several items, 2 of which were out of stock, so I knew there would be a longer wait until they came back into the country. So when those 2 items arrived before the others, I enquired as to where the rest was. "on their way" was the reply. Imagine my surprise when the courier rand to tell me my address didn't exist. Only to discover the package was mis-labeled and sent to the wrong town. Then told it would have to be sent back to be addressed correctly. When I asked for a refund so I could buy with another company and express ship it, I was told they'd fix it, no need for a refund. Was told its not their fault, its a warehouse problem. Of course, its THEIR warehouse that had the problem, so in fact it IS their fault. Long story short, it took over 2 weeks to get an item in stock from their warehouse to my business 1300kms away. All the while passing the blame around so no-one was responsible.
