Overall a pretty good experience, and I would recommend it to others. Some of the prices I wouldn't say are as competitive, however the responsiveness and honesty of the communication, and expediency of the shipping I feel make up for that. I did also order brand new to the market Ubiquiti products that can't be purchased almost anywhere else yet, so it's fair to expect a bit of a premium with that. However, it was noted the products came directly from Ubiqutui and so I would have assumed they would be AU stock, but the box said UK and had a UK plug. An AU power plug was thrown in seperately, but it might be worth adding a note to customers in the future that this is expected and will not impact the warranty.
