Horrendous customer service. When I got a price of £57 for two packs of till roles I politely said that seems quite expensive and asked for the order to be put on hold until I reviewed other supplier costs. As a small business this is standard practice. I then had a very rude response from the sales advisor who then hung up on me. When I called back to ask to speak to the manager or managing director who was on that day I was told by another rude employee that it’s “not happening” and no one was there. I suggest you start recording the sales calls to manage the business better. May I also note that it’s till roll! It just needs to serve that purpose and on amazon it was 70% less expensive with free delivery!
