Absolutely disgusting customer service. C&C on an ELECTRONIC dartboard they had packaged up a bog standard cheap safety dartboard. When we rung customer service she was rude and not helpful. We explained to her we had ordered this for a NYE party and live nowhere near scunthorpe so we need another as it would cost too much in fuel to go back she wasn't interested. Also called the shop 10 times and no answer. I have been a manager in retail over 10 years now and this is disgusting service!!!!
