I am absolutely apalled by the Entertainer. I bought my son the Rocket Flyers disc catching game for Christmas - https://www.thetoyshop.com/games/childrens-games/Rocket-Flyers-Disc-Catching-Game/p/566092 On first use of the toy, the discs launched into my sons eye at speed, causing significant bruising and cuts to my sons face. The discs are made of plastic with rough/sharp edges. After returning the toy at customer services request they informed me there is no fault with the toy and the injury was caused due to the way my son used the toy. Beyond pushing one button there is no alternative way to use the toy. The entertainer now have my sons toy in their posession and advised that they can only offer me a refund if I return to the store I purchased it from - over 30 miles away, which is against consumer rights. I saw several similar reviews about this toy causing injury. Fortunately, I took a screenshot of the reviews before the Entertainer deleted them from their website. Please contact me if your child has had a similar experience as I have reported concerns to trading standards to ensure this toy is recalled and does not cause any further harm to children.
