DPF found by JLR independent to be faulty, TWG services refusing to pay up. After going through the reports here I can only agree that this appears to be a cowboy outfit. It appears the financial ombudsman is the next step but that is only a 36% success rate, but I’ll go that route first then the courts.
Purchased mine through ALA ltd, I received a RAC certificate, ALA is just a broker with only one director, seems like RAC, ALA and TWG services will definitely have egg on their faces when I’m done!rr
