Drove an hour for a 1.30pm appt with my daughter. Went into the shop and basically was left to our own devices. No attention or customer service. Absolutely appalling, shop assistant standing at counter not taking any interest in assisting us. Asked about a certain show which was shown on website, Not in my duaghters size [even though she had emailed them with her size]. This could have been advised before we had the appointment. My daughter tried on a few shoes, the assistant offered no help whatsoever. Not impressed and unfortunately we won't be purchasing any shoes from this store. For a future bride to be treated so insignifcantly for her special day is very disappointing.
