I called Think Money to ask for assistance with altering a date for a Direct Debit. The TM member of staff, Cila, was very helpful, friendly and patient, as are all Customer Service Members with Think Money. Cila assisted me and efficiently showed me how to make my adjustment. A very helpful experience. Thank you
